The first Tuesday of each month, from 7 until 8:00 pm:
"Spiritual Wellness"
with Denise Iwaniw
Denise will guide participants in a variety of practices that are designed to bring spiritual balance into our lives. From meditation, to chakra balancing, poetry reading, dance movement, intuition development. drumming, prayer and psychic skills building, each month promises to be 60 minutes of experiencing a bit of heaven on earth.
